Who is your coach?

Coach Brad Grant-Smith

6th Dan Black Belt in Karate and a three times World Karate Champion

 

Coach Brad is a Fitness Professional and has been working in the industry for over 20 years.

He owned and ran two Private gyms in Cape Town and has trained some of the local talent young and old.

He also has a current 6th Dan Black Belt in Karate and a three times World Karate Champion.

With his passion for sport and fitness, his knowledge of the anatomy and the understanding of commitment and perseverance Coach Brad has helped transform thousands of people’s lives, helping them find their spark for life, and their best body.
